Thanks for your reply. I am one step past that, I have already unlocked the machine when this happens (although it is right after). So I get back to my desk after a break. After unlocking both the primary (Windows Vista) and secondary (windows xp) machines I noticed that on the primary machine the "windows key" action has fired. Meaning, that when you press Windows Key and they press the "d" key it will display the desktop. There are several of these key combinations I use all the time. one in paticular is Win+S for a screen capture into Microsoft One Note.
