No, uninstall did not work. Fresh install through stardock central failed while trying to write a registry file. Uninstall actually failed through stardock because it said it didn't have administrator privileges. I'm running as the admin right now, so I have no idea what the deal is. Seems like a privilege issue... but I have no idea how I can go any higher than admin. Next stop, installing from supplied CD, then upgrading from a different source than stardock centr

I want to thank stardock for supporting my download at the speed of 1 MB/S. It's nice when things like this happen :)
Repair didn't work, uninstalling.

So even though my router and firewall are configured for sins, it still claims that most people won't be able to join my game. What gives. Here's the story... Port triggering 6112 to 6112 port forwarding 6112 to 6112 for this address (which is static) makes no difference if DMZ is enabled or disabled, I still get the same messages. Aside from simply plugging my computer straight into my modem (instead of router), how can I get the message to go aw
I know the game recommendations are listed differently than the requirements. I just want to point out that while 1 gig of ram might be the minimum requirement in vista, if the 1 gig is shared with a video card on a laptop, it is not sufficient. As soon as a game on a large small map or a small medium map hits midpoint, the memory requirements are too much and the system will begin paging heavily resulting in severe lag. 2 gig kit is on the way, will report how well
I encountered an error upgrading to the new patch. I downloaded the "bonus pack" off the website thinking that was the patch. In stardock central it still shows the game needs to be updated. When I try to update it has an error moving "sins_install.exe" in the base directory. I'm going to do an "application repair" in vista to see if that will fix it, and if not uninstall and reinstall the game. Anyone else had similar issues?
