amazingly i cannot get windowblinds to bloody run at all and nobody will answer emails at stardock

I recently purchased the object desktop network edition.Downloaded the Stardock Central and ran it, downloaded window blinds 5 (not beta) and virtual desktop. Selected run, and no taskbar for virtual desktop (after rebooting) and windowblinds seems to just revert to windows xp base theme. no matter which skin is selected I'm running on windows x64 pro, and would appreciate ANY help at all <img src="http://i
