Zubaz, thank you for your reply to my post. While I can understand a delay of a few days occuring as a result of the holidays, I find it extremely discouraging that I have yet to receive a reply from Stardock even though I sent this same question to them via their official support mechanisms. I'm also experiencing the same issues others have reported regarding Windows Vista support and issues with some games, and am anxiously awaiting word of the next release of this software (

After running a trial of Multiplicity using three test machines I was impressed enough with the product to make a purchase.
