Well my start meny pull-up seem to be working now - the only thing is that it can take a couple of seconds for it to come up after the first few times I have clicked it. Dont quite know what to do with this, all of my dockles are working well though, its just the start pull-up.

I tried clearing the cache but alas the problem remains. The start meu button was working fine before, not sure what happened. I might just revert to my older start menu button that I used to use.

This is a real mystery for me, sometimes OD had its good days in regard to this other days..well it performs like its OD'd. Turning always on top off and on does tend to help but its no lasting solution. Its too bad becuase OD is ont thing that keeps me using a PC desktop, I get so annoyed at the XP and Vista interface. Anyway I do hope this gets resolved, OD had been perfect otherwise. <img src=

Objectdock is set to always be on top and for all other programs except CMS, it is on top. I've looked in CMS and can't find an easy way to change the way it opens. I am thinking a vbs file could do the trick here, I just don't know what the code would be. <

Whenever I open Creative Media Source I lose Object Dock. If I go back to the desktop it is there but when running Creative Media Source it won't show OD. How can I alter CMS so that it won't open over the top of OD? Thanks!

Solved! I deduced that there was something wrong with the downloaded OD+ and the only reason that could be would be an alteration or filter on my computer. Well that filter was Cybersitter 9.0. Apparently it didn't like a file so it blocked it and thus made installation impossible. Anyway that's the answer, thanks for all your help.

I didn't recieve the confirmation email for my ticket, not sure why not, maybe because it's a Saturday or something, anyway I'll try and submit another one.

I am downloading from the Misc section. I enter the OD+ serial number and the only option is to click on register (their is no option to click on 'upate'), which I do and it registers succesfully. It seems that from my end I have really tried everything on my end and this is a prob on stardock's end. I have allready put in a ticket but I will put in another one. Thanks for the suggestions Bichur

Pretty sure that it is a validation problem here, I can't think of any other reason why I keep on getting different serial numbers (5 different so far).

Basically everytime I request my serial number from stardock I get a different number, but whichever number I use it successfuly registers. I have turned off firewall, Virus scanner and Defender during download but still no joy. I think it may be linked to the serial number issue however as that keeps on changing and I am told that it should not. Then again it may have nothing to do with that and may be something else. Anyway this is really really strange, not to sure where I should go from here

No joy at this point. I have run zapper and used it to uninstall and it cleans it up but when I go to SD, enter the serial number (I did notice that my serial number had changed from my orginal one) and start to install it downoads but it fails verification (see code above). So what is happening is that it is not even beginning to install, it tried to download it 3 times, but SD cannot verifiy it so it stops. Anyway folks I am stumped at this point, have never had this much trouble installing so

I tried that and now I am getting this -- [Installation] --------------------------------------------------- Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\odp\production\odp.xml 1 Load: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\odp\production\odp.xml 1 Download: C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sdcentral\odp.sdc 0 | Validation Failed Download: fa12736b2ac7887b2974f27a6788b2c4 | 329cf2cef2ad937e2d8e586d5f202e68 | 11269656 Download: C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~1

I am getting an I/O error message when I attempt to install OD+ and it goes on to say that their is a bad installation file. I have redownloaded that software but still get the same message. I have also uninstalled and resinstalled and still the same message. Objectdock works fine but the plus version just will not install. All help much appreciated.
