1) Clarify item descriptions on the big improvements (capitals, wonders etc) so that every single one explicitly states whether they apply to the whole empire or just the world they're built on. No more "manufacturing capital: increases your manufacturing capacity by 33%". I still have no idea which it does... 2) In the diplomacy screen where we trade tech etc, grey out any techs that are superseded by others we already have. E.g. if I have Titanium Armour I and III, grey out Titanium A
