nothing happens when i press the windows key. the only keys on my keyboard that work is ctrl alt delete.

OK I am using windows xp home edition. I downloaded windowsblinds and now my desktop is missing. All I have is my wallpaper and a cursor. When I right click my mouse on my desktop it does nothing. I have uninstalled the windowsblinds and it didnt fix the problem. I also did a system restore and that didnt fix it either. Can someone please help me with this problem.
