I 'thought' it came with Object Desktop but, like other's have found that the 5.10 version didn't work in 10. So, somehow - and for what reason I can't recall, I downloaded a 'public' version which works without any problem. Is it possible to register the packager that works as part of Object Desktop or do I have to buy it 'again' if I want Icon Packager that works?

Initially the program worked without any problem whatsoever the, maybe because I'm having a lot of trouble with W10 then the Start 10 menu button changed and when I clicked it I got a message that the Start 10 service had been stopped. Can anyone tell me please how to restart it? Many thanks
