Start 10 Service

Initially the program worked without any problem whatsoever the, maybe because I'm having a lot of trouble with W10

then the Start 10 menu button changed and when I clicked it I got a message that the Start 10 service had been stopped.

Can anyone tell me please how to restart it?

The Start10 service is responsible for starting Start10 but once running it does nothing else and it stopping would have no impact on Start10 until you logout.  Clicking the start button would never cause such a message to appear as there is no link between the two.

If you reboot is everything back to normal?
