Hey everyone, I've updated WB 6 Beta to its latest version via SDC, but everything I open up WB6b to change the wallpaper via the program, it would seem like it is loading the wallpapers, but then when I click elsewhere then click back, the program goes white and freezes on me. How do I fix this?

Well I went ahead and purchased the Object Desktop suite (w/ my coupon as well ). Overall, I am fairly satisfied. I only wish there was a program to modify or change the default XP logon screen (w/ out modifying the APIs or "hooking"). Overall, I've already made some personal changes to the Black Vista v3 skin so it more resembles Vista. I don't plan on (re?)releasing this skin (all credit goes th
Hmm, I originally just wanted WB but after finding a almost-replica of Vista's interface GUI, I wanted to get SS as well to modify it so it comes as close to Vist's GUI as possible (of course without the widget sidebar). I'm not sure I will make use of any of the other programs like DX and such. I will take a more in-depth look into Object Desktop unless someone can pursuade me into the benefits of the other programs besides WB and SS included within it.
Ah, so then the new SkinStudio 6, will that be a Free, Standard, or Pro version? I figured it out, never mind that question. One other question, both purchases of WB and SS includes only 1 year of updates or is it lifetime free updates? And if it is only 1 year free updates, would we have to pay another $20 for each program for another year's worth of updates?
Hey everyone, I'm just wondering before I make a purchase decision on WindowsBlinds, does WindowsBlinds come with SkinStudio or do I need to purchase SkinStudio seperately?
In SDC if you click on a product, near the bottom (in it's own seperate frame) there will be product information such as version, release, and supported operating systems. In some cases, it might even tell you how large the file is. Another question to help out Stardock moderators: Are you using Windows Vista or Windows XP? If you are using Vista, which version (Basic, Premium, Ultimate, etc.)? If you are using XP, which version (Home, Pro)? Can you also post a more detailed spec sh
If you are referring to giving Windows XP Aero features: the answer is no (partially). The Aero feature Flip3D is only available on Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, and Ultimate. Edit: I stand corrected. WB offers some transparency for windows within XP, just not as customizable as with Vista itself.
