im using shareware and its happening to me too.

Okay, I installed windowblinds and I restarted, but it kept appearing. I restarted 2 more times but nothing happened. I went to the troubleshooting and it told me to turn off my antivirus. I have norton 2006 and i turned auto protect off. I tried downloading again and i installed. I restarted and the restart popped up again. I'm frustrated right now. there was an extra button that popped out and it said press this if it isnt working so i do it but nothing happens. Can anyone help me? Am i doing
