Thank you for your reply. That was the first thing that I did (should have noted that above) but the email address used here is the same email address used for the purchase, as I said above. All I get is a warning saying that I have used the same address, and the section below that states that the information will propagate across, as also mentioned in the original post. So I'm not sure what to do. Will

Hi, I bought Object Desktop about a week ago, using the same email address as used on this site. However, the details have not propagated across, and I still have a 20 MB download limit. How long does it normally take to update this site? Anything I can do apart from wait? TIA, Will
