Yay, thanks guys! What is the ETA on the fix?

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and I'm looking for a program that will allow me to change folder colors (or even the icons themselves) individually. For example, it would allow me to make finanially related folders green, work folders blue, etc. I've seen shareware that does this for 32-bit versions of Windows, but not 64-bit. Any advice? It doesn't have to be shareware.
