When you hit the windows button, and the start menu pops up, you see your most used programs. I would LOVE for my Top 10 used programs to exist in my main bottom bar. There should be a way to exclude particular apps of course, but rather than move icons in and out of my dock, Much like the sys tray bar, it would be nice to have a most used bar.
