I get all of these bugs also with 1.2 final. If you click your mousewheel and drag the minimap the borders get drawn in but it's annoying. I often find the estimates for contruction are different between the colony view itself and the civ manager screen that lists all my colonies. I agree great game
I have built that wonder a few times with the 1.2 patch. Honestly can't remember if the savegame was midway between beta and non-beta, but I know in my new game (started after 1.2 release patch) it's available and been built.
