Transparency in taskbar doesn't work in any of my skins in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I've downloaded a number of skins which use transparency in the taskbar, but the transparent taskbar shows up with a bunch of horizontal lines running through it instead of just a smooth bar. Does anybody else have this happen?
