Well... it was possibly one of the lengthiest registration processes I've ever been through but Travis kindly sorted it out in the end & this ugly PC is finally looking a lot more prettyful. Hopefully it was just their email servers that were causing the hold up. But still, I look forward to our (all too regular) office move around with some trepidation! I've received registration & support ticket emails fine. Has anyone actually managed to complete the 'off line activation process' for Windowblinds? Our firewall prevents the normal activation process completing, so I follow the instructions & send off the email to activate@stardock.com but never recieve a reply. I've submitted support requests but Im still no closer to actually being able to use this product I paid for over a week ago.
