The Valar sent him back to complete his mission and helped him to restore life to his body but even with that help it took some time to recover it fully (he was very light at the start and weak). At the same time they lifted some of the restrictions on him that they placed on the Istari to prevent them from completing the mission with power instead of wisdom.[/quote

I'm not sure if this is possible, but if you coud link that menu to a docklet you could put the docklet on ObjectDock.
Sounds like I need to play around with it some more. Thanks for the responses.
That does - thanks. So, if all I use of RightClick's functionality is skinning the menus, I'm better off just using WB?
If I'm using Windowsblinds, is there any point to using RightClick? Or, has this little program basically seen it's functionality absorbed by other products?
I wonder if an absolute differential makes sense with infinite research, vs. a relative differential. That is, if Attack = 10 and Defense = 5, rather than say +5 we could say 2:1. Thus, as kingdom/empire tech increases, the absolute difference matters less and less, but always provides at least some edge. This tends to make a logarithmic curve (which I prefer) but keeps things a bit simpler to evaluate. Thoughts?
Thanks.
Cool - thanks. Any word on when Deskscapes 3 will be released, or what the new features will be?
You can, however, control-left click and change the icon. If you choose no icon, it will at least look blank. You can then re-order your "blank" icons and push them to the right. It's a bit in-elegant, but gets you 80% of the way there.
Thanks for the responses everyone. I'm sad that Virtual Desktops aren't being supported anymore, but I understand. Even nVidia drivers as far back as 86.63 have a similar function under nView (though I haven't played with them yet).
Everything about dreams seems to indicate it's a Vista-only app, but I've gotten some of them to work in Windows XP (both SP2 and SP3). Is this one of those "not officially supported, but it works" type of things?
It's interesting that graphics hardware has gotten so good now that game designers like Stardock are beginning to ask "what do we want this to look like?" rather than "what can we make this look like?". Elemental could have gone for realistic graphics, but instead chose an artistic style closer to realistic watercolors. I think this kind of fits the fantasy theme well - it's a little dreamy, and not quite real, but still "feels" real. There's less suspension of disbelief, bu
Just let me easily point to other music sources (i.e. My Music folder, etc.), and go from there. I end up dumping tons of mp3's into my Morrowind and Oblivion music directories. How I wish I could just put shortcuts there....(laptop doesn't have that much disk space...).
Impulse says there's an update for Stardock Virtual Desktops as of 12/18/2008. After downloading, it says downloaded file cannot be verified (MD5 does not match). I'm unsure if there's an actual update which isn't working, or the update is a bad one to begin with.
Thanks Neil.
There's a very subtle zoom effect, but nothing like a non-tabbed dock. Is this configurable, if only through some configuration file?
Nice! Thank you both so much!
When I right-click on the Dock and select Tabs > Add New Tab > Add systray tab a new tab is added with my system tray icons. However, when I right-click any icon, I don't get the Objectdock context menu. Instead, I get the context menu of the application. For example, when I right-click on the Java icon, I get: About Java Technology Go to java.com Open Control Panel Open 1.6.0_11 Console Hide Icon Unlike other tabs I don't get the

ObjectBar and ObjectDock and Windowsblinds all provide nice ways to move the System Tray around, or even hide it altogether, but I haven't figured out a way to force it to use different icons. Specically, I'd like to use some icon larger than 16x16 pixels. Any chance this functionality could make it into a future release? Currently running WinXP Pro SP3, btw - I'm unsure if this functionality is irrelevant in Vista and/or Win7.
Where does Impulse archive the installation files? Not that I won't renew or anything of course... :p
I think WinCustomize would look really need if it supported Cooliris (http://www.cooliris.com). Would Stardock consider doing this?
Much like the window preview provided by WindowFX, it'd be very cool to hover over your virtual desktop selector in the taskbar (maybe an icon, if that gets implemented), and have a row of icons or window previews display. The effect could be similar to how ObjectDock can display a folder's contents, though for this I would consider making the display a straight bar just above the taskbar, and scaled to fit the icons or window previews of the virtual desktop in question.
In addition to displaying the virtual desktop selection by color, by name, or even by icon set or windows, it would be nice to use icons to represent a virtual desktop. This could save a little bit of valuable Taskbar space as well.
