No, you're not alone. I also have XP 64 running on a brand new clean system with the same error. I suspect the shortage of other posts on this subject is down to very few instances of XP 64 out there. I also have the 3.1 version downloaded yesterday. I'm finding that IconPackager changes some of my icons but not all. For instance, my .doc Word documents are unchanged and the folder icons in some of my program "File > open" windows are also unchanged.<
