Just to ask the basics have you updated your video drivers? Tried us at support@stardock.com? We could find out if it is fixable.

Good stuff. Glad we could get this solved for you.
I second the fraps.com suggestion. Not only is this a great program for personal fun it will save out in very common forms so you can send it to just about anyone whether they are tech support, another gamer, PC or Mac. It's good stuff.
I was able to replicate that as well. I forwared the bug report on. Thanks guys!
Noted we will get right on that one. What OS are you using?
No the activations DO NOT reset themselves unless someone at Stardock resets them for you. However this is often misconstrued with the fact that you can activate a certain amount of times per month. There is also a small time limit between activations. So if there is a large rapid amount of activations on the same key/account you hit the wall, or if there are just too many in the month you get the same thing. I can't give details of course because that sort of defeats the purpose. But you can kn
I would just like a quick check with our customers if some are still having issues with the Start menu docklet that comes built into Object Dock Plus. There seems to be some kind of inconsistency with this issue and was just curious if you could help me narrow down this bug.
Did you install Plus over the freeware? Have you done the basic uninstall and reinstall? Sorry just covering the basics first.
Fixing the nVidia issue seems to be working for a great deal of our customers. If you should be happening to reading this and have an nVidia card please explore this fix.
Just wanted everyone to know that there is multiple ways to get the Max Activations message. If you have lots of widely different IPs that ask for activation, do more than 5 in a day or a certain number in a week, month.... etc. In almost every case if you do run into this you can write into us and it will be handled in less than 24hrs. Just make sure the Max Activations wording gets into your subject or body so the support system pitches it to the correct location. These emails get handled fast
Can you start up a support ticket with us? I would like to try to use your settings from this end. Please send the theme save to support@stardock.com and reference this post please.
Do you have MyColors installed along side WB6? They don't play well together at times. Also have you tried applying skins with Theme Manager? If you don't have it give it a try from here: https://www.stardock.com/products/thememanager/
What operating system are you using? I can't seem to replicate this error.
Are you installing the Plus version overtop the freeware? If so you will need uninstall everything, restart, and install the Plus. The two do not play well together. Also did you start a ticket with support? Can you post it here so I can make sure it was addressed?
Sometimes it isn't the site itself that is behind but rather the towers or weather stations that are behind some. This is true of all online weather services running global info feeds. It is a rarity thankfully, but it can happen.
Having skinned some myself I can tell you that more than 50% of skins will not include the wallpaper. Most often than not people change the wall paper into something more personal to them anyway. But from my stand point doing the WP stinks because I am not the best "stand alone pretty picture" kind of artist. I don't want people to think my skin sucks when it rules and the wall paper is the one making it look bad. I'm pretty sure I am not alone in this.
Once the aftermath of WindowBlinds6 dies down look to Multiplicity and other updates. It's likely you will see them roll in fairly quickly.
Please do us a favor if you will. I am testing this but please turn the auto update back on and if it occurs again write into us at support@stardock.com. You can reference this thread in there as well. I can't seem to replicate this but we would like to know as soon as the possibility of something this comes up.
You bring up a good point. I should have stated that though I am with Stardock I do not make the offical policy on these matters. So in the end I was just attempting to shed light on the logic behind the idea. I have however forwarded this to thoes that do make these calls.
Can you send this into support? (just the problem part, not the other part) Please reference this thread when you do. support@stardock.com
Does anyone have this software and can they run it while Object Dock Plus is running? If you are having problems could you let us know about it? The trial version of that software is of almost no help.
Since the update if you switch it back on will it continue to crash? Have you tried a simple reinstall?
Did you ever install WindowBlinds or a trial of it and still have it installed along side MyColors? The only way I can get this issue to occur is if I am making the two fight for control. Also have you tried applying the theme with Theme Manager instead of MyColors?
I'm afraid I don't get what you mean. Can you screen shot it?
But that was an almost infinitesimal number and now growing smaller. Vista 64 will be getting bigger. He has a great point here. WinXP has been replaced (so to speak). If you project this question out of supporting "old" OS then you would also need to ask why it wouldn't work on 2k, ME, or 98 (ok ME is a bad example). It isn't out of hate or laziness that a update would not be provided for XP64 but rather for priorities. With all the requests for Vista upd
