Fire up a ticket with us then. Link to this thread and attach a dxdiag file if you can. Press and hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog: dxdiag Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button and attach the output file to us in the support email. That will save some time for you.

I tried to do the same as you did but had no troubles. Tried a simple uninstall/reinstall yet?

Depends on the set up. Multiplicity treats computers as just one machine. So if you have more than one monitor in one machine Multi doesn’t know that. It just understands where the boundaries are based on the display settings you have. Now if you have one monitor on top of another between two machines (and multi pro) if you go to Interface > configure > advanced grid set up you can set on on top of the other. Never hurt to start a ticket either. :)

What version of IconPackager are you on? Also what OS? I can't seem to replicate this issue.

I can't confirm what is in the beta. For the most part I don't actually know yet. Even if I wanted though I couldn't say. However you can be sure that updates will be shouted from the rooftops. :) However if you get stuck or have issues of any kind I, and others in support, will respond faster to the support email. Support@stardock.com Not that we won't be here of course but there is where we look first.

Official notes don't get released until the full package does. Then the description on the website gets updated along with the Stardock Central ones. I can confirm for you what Astyanax0 said. I have 64bit Vista running skinned and with icons under the current beta of both programs.

Thats true what Bichur said. You have to replace all the images then change out what images it referances in the code. Not really worth it for a cosmetic change in my mind.

My apologies but we are doing our best. User requests number in the hundreds. They have to be slowly implemented, then see if they work, then fix it, then fix it again, and then not release something broken. I am not giving a "We will get to it when we get to it" thing. I am just telling you that we won't release something broken. Since lots of people have asked for this you can be certain that it won't be over looked. I hope that helps.

The the registry clean and the driver update for the card. Should that not work also be safe and try out a uninstall/reinstall making sure to restart after each to clear the cache. Should those basics not work come join us at support@stardock.comSeabass

Just about everyone here has pointed out the multiple of ways that could have happened and they were listed where you were seeking the support so I won't bother going into it. We pride ourselves on trying to be the very best type of support out there so I wanted to get in on this. Had you contacted us at the email you would have got

ALMonty start up a ticket in support for this activation issue. I would like to confirm the account information but I cannot do that (of course) here. We will get it sorted for you I am sure.

The current version of the MyColors Theme Manger and WB6 work together now. You can have both installed with out risk of issue. The way it works now is you get the DL link then fire up MyColors and hit Add in the bottom right hand corner. After dropping in the serial number MyColors goes through the DL motions and you are all set. If you are still having problems hit us up at support@stardock.com so we can confirm your account info.
