The activation issue was resolved in the current beta of Icon Packager. If you are using Impulse you will find the option under the Stardock Orb > Preferances. Check the box that says show prerelease versions then update as you would normally.

HalliwellManor1329 - What were the circumstances that this activation ran so many times? I count an enormous amout of activations in a single day. How many times would you say you attempted to activate the product? I'm asking because I am wondering if there is some sort of looping issue going on with activation at the moment. I have also replied to your email. Please know that support is closed on Saturday and Sundays. Sorry for the delay in responce.
For the benifit of Andrew and other memebers of development I would like to ask that they not be singled out so much. Andrew is a guru in the web team, but he is still part of a team. Members of the team are not under obligation to provide support on the forums as members, such as myself, of Support are. If you have troubles with forums you belive are techical in nature (meaning you think the forums are broken and not your computer or browser) please let support know. You can do that here or
Object Dock does support Vista 64bit in the Plus version only. The start menu issue is a known issue that is being worked on but should be included in the 2.0 update. The reason for the "but" is that the 2.0 has no real written-in-stone eta. If you used the free version and then installed the Plus version over top of it you are likely having conflicts. Try uninstalling everything, restarting, then reinstalling just the Plus version up to the latest version of the beta through Impulse
For Germany please try copy and pasting this into the location: Stuttgart, Germany (Baden-Wurttemberg) You need to use the whole thing. I am able to get the whole of the feed from this location. I'm hoping this works for you. It is possible that there is a feed problem from the servers of AccuWeather. Where in Australia are you trying to get weather for?
I just checked the product page, are you running 64bit? If so, that is the problem.
That's quite correct. The free version does not contain the fix for Vista 64bit. That is only incorporated into the current beta of the Plus version. Eventually that update will be available for the free version but not until the next version update to the Plus version. Sorry for the trouble.
No problem! I have moved this one on to the devs.
To clarify perhaps . . if you had tokens you could use them. But at this time no new tokens are being sold. Anywhere.
Yes that was what I was trying to say. Sorry if I was not clear on that point.
It is very unlikely that WindowBlinds could cause such a catastophic event in your computer. It is likely that something was very wrong with Windows to begin with. -Click Start and then Run, Type 'cmd' and hit enter. -Type: sfc /scannow -Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes) -When the scan has completed, it should give you some feedback as to the result This should give you some idea of what troubles were occuring with your machine.
BootSkin is unfortunately not supported. If the version you're currently using does not work for you and you've tried reinstalling, please try one of the other versions available at http://bootskin.com If none of these versions are compatible with your system, we apologize, but you will not be able to run BootSkin.
I don't see an account for you noekim. Please write into us at support@stardock.com and we will help you in this. Please be sure to include the email address the purchase is under.
There is no andrew today I am afraid. I'll send him an email to follow up with this question.
What software are you using to skin with?
You cannot purchase tokens at this time. A new copy of GalCiv2 currently costs $19.95 through Impulse. There is also a sale going on with the expansion bundle packs as well though I am uncertain of the details.
We are trying this out on this end. We found one error but not quite like what you described. Could you start a formal ticket on it through support@stardock.com? Feel free to link this thread as well.
You might be interested in this one as well: http://www.chameleonco.com/ They have the MyColors themes and logos.
Can you post your system information for WindowBlinds? It is under the tab by the same name at the top.
No problem! If you should have any further troubles please contact support here or through support@stardock.com.
I'm not sure how that could have occured but the best way is to boot into safe mode as the process for Deskscapes will not load then. Let me know if this dose not work for you. I'm willing to bet is has something to do with your Vista admin status.
I'm sticking this here to remind people to look at the large flag listed above. If you have ANY trouble with the Demigod beta read: Important Info About Demigod Beta 1 Found here: <a href="http://for
You have no activations listed. Nor an account with purchases under it. To receive further support please contact the email Hankers listed for you.
That is excelent. :)
What versions of Object Dock are you currently on? If you have not already make sure that you have uninstalled the free version before installing the Plus version. Also what locations are currently in question?
I would say very likely. Very. I will ask Andrew tomorrow if he does not see this post before then.
Can you please PM me the email address you used to create the ticket, or better yet the ticket number? Please know that support was not available over the holiday weekend. This might be the cause for delay as we are still recovering from the blow to our queues. I look forward to getting this solved for you.
