Do you have any 3rd party/user created docklets installed on your dock? One thing you can try is to unload/quit ObjectDock so that it is not running, and then go to Start > Run... (Start > Start Menu Search in Vista) and then copy this into the command line: for XP: %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock for Vista: %userprofile%\AppData\local\stardock\ It will open a file folder. Delete any ObjectDoc
There are several docklets that are user made on Wincustomize you could try out. Here are some of the icons and docklets I am refering to: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?libid=29&search=mail I'm sure other users have a recomendation or three.
Also another quick question; have you updated your video drivers in a while?
Please contact support Baron. We can assist you further with the survey from there. My apologies for the confusion and trouble.
BigDaddy send me a link to the image and I will try from this end. See if it is a local, account, or server issue.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you are asking. Could you explain that a bit more?
Vista-guy, please toss a ticket at support@stardock.com. Make sure that you include a link to this post when you do and the version number of Icon Packager. I think this will require some more indepth look into your system.

Our typical turn around is 24hrs but we always ask for 48. Right now we are very very busy so we are doing our best to stay ahead. If you don't hear from us soon feel free to drop me a message.
That should have been the case in the first place. Thank you for update on this situation. I will follow up.
You would want to make a animation strip no more than 25 frames long, even then it could glitch on you some. From there you will need an animation docklet. There are several in the Objeect Dock gallery.
Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall yet then? Also is this through Vista or XP?
Free version or Plus version minorum?
Well the entirety of my post wasn't needed. Yes Impulse will be the only location for games, but SDC will contain all of the current versions of Object Desktop. As of this writing I am looking at both SDC and Impulse. Both are running Icon Packager 4 at version 4.00.168. The current Beta for Icon Packager 4 is being tested through Impulse at this time. If you would like to participate in the beta you will need to download through Impulse.
It sounds to me like you should use Impulse, for games only, and SDC for everything else.I for one use both at the present, and want it kept that way.
Fact is though that Impulse isn't for just games. It features great software for many different things. Some of them are internet security software programs, art programs from the Corel series, and more of Stardock software products like Multiplitiy. Impulse is an ev
We have had a few issues reported on the survey. I am compiling a list of those who have had troubles with it. What browser were you using when you took it?
Also try clicking the Stardock Orb > Preferences > Connection > then see if the check is next to the "Use new download" toggle it off or on (depending if it is on or not) and restart Impulse.
In most cases you need a bit strip creator for the animation. The one I have been using for a long time is ImageKlebor. Here is one site with more information on it: http://imageklebor.software.informer.com/ As Bichur mentioned though it depends on what icons you are trying to make.
Just as a follow up question. Did you have just the basic install with no extra downloaded docklets installed when you ran Object Dock? I just curious for doing follow ups on the software in the future.
There is some current reorginization going on in the QA/Support department as we introduce new products and new staff. With some of the new QA we were able to identify some of the reported probelms here. It is just a matter of getting over worked development for the update. I know that this isn't a very good update to the problem but please know that it isn't forgotten just because it isn't at the highest rank of priority right now. Support and QA certainly won't forget on this one.</
