The original installation was the download obtained from Stardock's email receipt on the 20th, and the second installation (yesterday) was via Impulse. Edited first post to make that more clear. Will look into uninstalling with whatever 3rd party uninstaller I have laying around.

I'm having issues with every pulldown in the Windows Explorer (not I.E.) menu (File, Edit, View, Tools, Help) except for Favorites crashing back to the desktop when I click on it.
