Stardock decided to discontinue the Master skin program. Some Masters have commercial sites: Lightstar, neone6 and adni18. Don isn't skinning atm. This has been answered a few times. The advertised price does not include the sales tax which differs by state, nor does it inclde a VAT (Value Added Tax). Exchange rates vary as well from day to day.
