Start 11 V2 - the Updated Windows 11 Styles are missing important features

1. Drag, drop & Delete shortcuts in the Start meny 2. Gouping Universal Apps

Hi,

After a long time of not using Start 11 because of the software's stability issues, I have encountered, I saw the release of V2 and decided to try it.

  1. :( The installer looks the same old fashion as V1.
  2. :) The setting wizard looks much better, and the new Windows 11 styles look great and have some new and great functionality.
  3. :(  Some of the most useful features for me were the ability to arrange the messy shortcuts in my Windows Start menu as I wish. Well, that did not work in the Updated Windows 11 Styles.
  4. Another missing feature is the grouping of Windows Apps (Windows Universal Apps).
Regarding this, I think a rethinking should be made how to help organize these apps into groups within the start menu.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, can you provide screenshots and pointing to specific area that Windows 11 style that you wish to able to "arrange the messy shortcuts"?

Thank you.

The Universal apps, though are in a hidden folder. You have to make it visible then pin it as a folder to rhe start menu.
