As tittle says, I would like to get a copy of window blinds for windows xp. The reason for this is that I wanted to make an overpowered XP machine and always liked window blinds, back then I could not buy it but now I can, the problem is that only window blinds for windows 11 is available for purchase.

That's correct. Only WB10 and WB11 are  available.
