A non-screenie message to all the folks who do me the honor of showing up here, month after month: Thank you one and all, my second family...you make my day, week, month and year, and you make it so much better. I wish you all a better, happier, healthier, wealthier and more loving New Year! Doc [e digicons]:sun:[/e] And guys...those are some of the best screenies EVER!

It can mean (legally) many different things. https://www.lawinsider.com/dictionary/support-term But in fact, with Stardock's individual software (non-enterprise), it doesn't mean much, as you can always turn to forums and to Support via ticket, if the software isn't trialware. In your context, until when is your subscription active? That date, by chance?
Hope everyone is having a great holiday season! There are 2 more updated Windowblinds themes for you all today on my site. Please note I added the banner from this page to my prior reply. Not sure you saw it. "Stardock will be closed for the holidays starting on December 25th and we will be returning on January 2nd. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time. Happy Holidays!"
At this point anything will be easier than this. They could very much sign up for a free Taiga account which allows for a ticket system without paying a penny. https://taiga.io/
I'll forward your suggestion. As for me, I've learned that common things are common and can be handled by folks I know and trust in the Community more quickly than Support can, simply due to numbers of problems vs Support p
This is the problem of having to deal with a forum thread to solve issues.
Stardock is a small company which works similarly to large companies. Even MS has forums with volunteers who try to solve frequent problems of other users. When a volunteer runs into a problem they can't solve, they send it to Support to help solve. This is simply the model in use in many places. Of course, you want the most skilled wo
Sorry you're having a problem, however it's unclear what you're having a problem updating: Start10 or Windows, or perhaps something else. PLease run winver and relay OS and version, as well as version of Start10 (it's in "about"), and of Windowblinds as well as Object Desktop Manager, and whether your subscription is active or not. Please don't post keys or other account information.
As far as I can tell, my web site is fully functional now! Woooooooo!!!!!!!!!
Nice Xmas present!

Vinnie225866...same back atcha. Good to see someone who's appreciative of the hard work the devs put into the software. Here's some holiday karma to get you started because everyone should have some karma. [e digicons][/e]
Sorry you think that way about Stardock, nxgravity, because it isn't correct. I've been here more than 20 years, and honestly, you're mistaken. Pelaird put together a list of the changes and new features. Look them up.
Stardock will only charge for a major upgrade I.e. v1 -> v2. V2 has more than 25 changes from v1, and several of them completely new features. No one has to upgrade from v1 to v2 unless they want the new features. V1 is still fully functional.
I don't remember a single report of Explorer crashing with Norton 360 due to Fences. I would suggest doing an sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt, as system file corruption happens often, and doing the scan doesn't require any great effort and just might solve the problem. In the first article, it's listed first as a cause. I found this for you: https://iboysoft.com/howto/windo
Yes, I would have suggested you do as you did: Uninstall all the trials, reboot, then install via Object Desktop Manager and reboot.
My site is back online, a few issues for me, but users should not have any problems. Just click on the Premium Themes or Free Themes link at the top of the home page.
It's a Christmas miracle! [e digicons];)[/e]
Problem is, I don't think they even have one wise man working for them.
I suspect that could be the case..
They say my site will be back online by Christmas Eve, but we'll see I guess.
I hear they've got three wise men working on it. ;)
