Uninstall before upgrade?

Hi,

I've tried out the free versions of Windowblinds 11 and Start11. There were a few hiccups but I've conquered them and I want to buy the Object Desktop now.

How should I go about this? Should I uninstall Windowblinds and Start11 before subscribing? I don't mind doing that if it's the correct path to take. I've read that the Object Desktop gives you a sort of hub to manage the software and I don't want to break anything by already having Windowblinds and Start 11 as independent programs.

Also, as an asides: are updates automatic and forced? I'm on 21H2 Windows 10, and I want to make sure that I'm not forced to update my Stardock products if I don't want to, as I want to maintain stability.

Nevermind. I uninstalled everything to be safe, and then downloaded the Object Desktop manager. Everything seems to be working fine.

Yes, I would have suggested you do as you did: Uninstall all the trials, reboot, then install via Object Desktop Manager and reboot.
