start 11 no use at all

dear sir this software is totally useless afrter install it activated by my produc  key  2 days it work fine then my taskbar stop responding the only optison left i need format my computer i tried all but not worked but without start 11 my pc works fine now so pls check and release proper version like this customer get huge loss and big problems

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information:-

  1. Windows full version number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 v1 or v2? Need its full version number too.
  3. Elaborate what happened between "It was working" to "My taskbar stop responding". What happened? Windows update? Driver update? Installed a new software? Inproper shutdown? System Freeze? etc. Need more details.
