I'm not sure there's a way to do what you want, but using Winstep Xtreme, which works perfectly with Windowblinds, you could use your custom taskbar, any number of docks. Drawers, etc., and Workshelf without NextStart which is the taskbar and NextStart menu. You would also have modules. Take a look here: https://winstep.net/

Played a bit with AI and an image from DALL-E, I think, and Ps...also changed Darkness to adni18's 0 Avant Garde II (Dark). Evolve WSX unchanged. Fences 5 with Chameleon.

basj, my W11 is up to date: 23H2 (OS build 22631.2861) and I'm not having issues with WB11 and Aero 11 at all.
