Have you tried adding it to your start up programs via task manager and rebooting? If that doesn't help, uninstall>reboot>re-install and reboot might. A Community Support Assistant should be along soon to help.

I'm pretty sure you can...just copy them to the folder Fences keeps its snapshots in. I believe the folder path is: C:\Users\ USER_NAME \AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups
