Activation Trouble w Fences 6

I just upgraded from Fences 4 to 6 and decided to go the subscription route. I have received the product key and I can see the subscription in my account yet I cannot activate it. When I try the key and email route I get this message:

If I attempt to activate via login I get this message:

I've received my order and product key to the same email that my account is associated. I can see the purchase in my account and under subscriptions. Help with this would be appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This usually happen when there is issue with registered email address while purchased. Moving forward, for license or account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Also as a side note: It is known that if you purchased by using Paypal, it is possible that the purchase is tied to your email account that tied to your paypal account.

I paid NZ$ 54.53 on 7 July for Fences 6. I expected to receive the Product Key , but none has arrived.  What should I do now?
