I just downloaded WindowBlinds and the SkinStudio the free version I was trying to create a visual style since I'm not sure yet what I'm doing I only edited the toolbar colors and saved it and uploaded to the WindowBlinds program and tried to use it but when I did the color scheme that I chose when I created my own visual theme is not showing up, it looks like the Win XP default blue color, what am I doing
