Im a big fan of Stardock so im trying to be patient but at the same time, thats a pretty poor support model they have. Thats exacty what i have done :) Anyone able to help?

Hi all I did send an email to Stardock for support 2 days ago but i havent heard anything back. My problem is, this I already had eu3 complete and HTTT. They played fine. Then i downloaded the Divine Wind add on, didnt like it and so i uninstalled it. Unfortunately this removed all of EU3. So i installed them again but it crashed everytime i tried to load it. So i uninstalled it, changed the game directory and reinstalled it.
