Help with EU3

Hi all

 

I did send an email to Stardock for support 2 days ago but i havent heard anything back.

My problem is, this

I already had eu3 complete and HTTT. They played fine.

Then i downloaded the Divine Wind add on, didnt like it and so i uninstalled it.

Unfortunately this removed all of EU3. So i installed them again but it crashed everytime i tried to load it.

So i uninstalled it, changed the game directory and reinstalled it.

Now it loads the two intros and then just disappears.

Is anyone able to help me as i dont want to wait on the Stardock support when it may never get back to me.

Patience my friend. Yours may not be the only one in the queue. Normally it takes three to five days. In the meantime post your questions here. Someone in the know will answer.

Im a big fan of Stardock so im trying to be patient but at the same time, thats a pretty poor support model they have.

Thats exacty what i have done :)

Anyone able to help?

Unfortunately there was a backlog of support tickets that were sent during the Thanksgiving Holiday.  Support are getting caught up and will respond as soon as they can.  Perhaps if you post your ticket number here it may be easier to locate.

Exact same problem here. Did you ever get this resolved?? Would love any explanation or help.

The EU3 expansions need to be installed in specific order:

EU3 -> Napoleon's ambition -> In Nominee -> Heir to the Throne

Other than that, game issues themselves would be handled by Paradox.
