This is to Jafo, I have emailed you already at least 2 weeks ago regarding the screensavers and in my reply, I told you the authors of some of the wallpapers were unknown and or are free stock photos. I have never been to that site you listed in your last email. I will never support wincustomize again. All my files have been deleted and I hope now your happy. Is this how you treat all wincustomze customers, Jafo you are a mean old man and it seems you have nothing better to do then

I have uploaded a screensaver about three times, file name:Jingle, catagory:Holidays and it keeps disappearing. I have one in moderation (wallpaper) but everytime I upload the screensaver it goes away. Help is much appreciated, thanks.

That is the preview...and that is also the enlarged image. The icon in the associated zip file is a round 'globe-like' icon with the file date of the ico 21/3/06 ...and looks nothing like the preview. You need to upload a new icon file...AND a new preview....that DOES match. The current one will be deleted from the server specifically to prevent any cache/system c

I would like to know why the file My Computer in misc.icons was rejected when it is still waiting for moderation. And if you say that it is not the right icon in the zip file your wrong. I have uploaded it on two different websites with no problems and I have checked the zip file myself. So somewhere on this website there is an error where it is not showing the right icon in that file.

I just checked and unzipped the file and it looks like the icon that I made. So it is you that does not understand and that screenshot is the icon that I made.

I'm getting so tired of this, I'm trying to upload a skin and it keeps giving me the wrong preview shot. It was rejected ealier but I managed to clear things up. Can someone tell me whats going on?

I uploaded a file with the preview shot and I had to make some changes to the icons and the preview shot, so I deleted the old file and uploaded the new one. The preview shot did not change, it stayed as the old one ( which I changed as well) and when I click on the preview its a dead link.

I've been asking around with no help, I can't seem to sign into my email accounts, it won't even redirect me to my account.
