Here are all the bugs and suggestions from my first and current game. GNN-screen: * Nullifying an agent from the GNN doesn't return the player to the GNN afterwards when it's done. The GNN for that turn is lost. * All GNN reports of agent nullifyed or enemy agent detected appears one turn after the player can see them on the main map or in the epsionage-tab. Place/Remove Agent-screen: * Looking at an AI planet where both the player and other AI:s have

Super-Adapters. I find this one a little weak atm. I propose that you also give them the second tech for both aquatic and toxic so that they can have 100% production on those worlds from the start. And maybe the prequisite Extreme Colonisation too. Super-Dominator could either be very powerful or wholly pointless. The trick is to make it useful att all tech-levels. What happened to their secondary ability to extort money from other races? I liked that one. Super-Trader. Goo

I fought some invisible Arcean ships in my current game. Found this in my debug.err: Debug Message: LoadHardpointsFromPrefsFile failed to load ship config file: ./Data/ShipTemplates/\S3_Defender1.shipcfg Debug Message: LoadHardpointsFromPrefsFile failed to load ship config file: ./Data/ShipTemplates/\S3_Attacker2.shipcfg

Heh, I'm exploiting this Mega-event alot in my current game, giving the cure to all my evil buddies and watching all the good and neutral pests die slowly. I don't think the AI currently can change research in the middle of a project but they really need to be able to do that and then focus on getting the cure because this event hurts alot.

This happened to me too. If I pressed Play on the combat viewer, the game either freezed immediatly or in the middle of the battle. Try unselecting 'Always watch player ships in full battles' in Options. The fleet-battles work for me without freezing with it turned off. That option seem to be bugged. Kudos to uglycow for discovering that.

It works. Choose 'Declare War' under Treaties and press send, it's as simple as that. It seems to be bugged though because my senate didn't get to vote on it even though I was Republic.

I agree that the amount needed to be decreased but not this much. I have 12 planets in my current game and not one of them has a bonus tile. I have looked at almost all of the AI:s planets and practically none of them has any bonus tiles. That is boring. What I would really like to see is options for choosing the amount of bonus tiles and resources in galaxy creation.

BoogieBac, I played a game a very short game as Yor where I decided to retire early by 15th Mars 2225. I got an epic report with lots of errors in it. In the report, they were talking about my first combat ship (I never built any combat ships), it says that the Pirates are the mightiest major race in Feb 2225 and that all habitable planets were colonised (not true). It finally says that I lost a battle and my last planet and therefor lost the game (not true. like I said, I never fought

In my last game i created a custom race. Nothing fancy, just chose a name, super ability and such. I was able to travel all across the map, also out of the ships range. If required, i have a save file of my progress in that game. The super-ability Super-hive grants the player unlimited range. Might want to check if that's the one you chose. <

Nope, what does it do exactly? Considering some other super-abilities, the description doesn't seem too unbalancing.

Nope, they should work the same for the player and the AI. I don't think they are all done yet. Some of them work, some of them don't.

Well, I should probably rephrase that a bit. It isn't the best computer game that I've ever played (although it is one of them) but it has the best and most engaging story that I've ever seen in a computer game. In fact, one person extracted all the dialogue from PST and edited it into a 273-page word-document, and it's imo still damn good. I've never tried KotOR, will have to do it sometime.

GS: It was huge. I don't know why they haven't made any more. They made Baldur's Gate 2 and Icewind Dale. BW: I'd buy a Baldur's Gate 3. Did you play Planescape Torment? GS: Yeah. BW: That game is awesome. Where's Planescape Torment 2? I agree with that. Planescape Torment is probably the best computer game that I've ev

Regardless, I agree, it's currently pointless to build it (or other survey ships, for that matter, ihmo)... Are you kidding me? If you build a couple additional survey ships, you can easily take 30-50% of all anomalies on a large map. That usually includes a couple of money alignments that make it very much worth it.

This is just a shameless plug for a documentary film that has absolutely nothing to do with the game. It doesn't really matter whether you're for or against this, it simply has no place here. Everyone that doesn't post a reply to this thread is doing a great service to the GCII community. Thank you for not replying. Yes, it's a shameless plug
