My activation code does not work and I submitted a support ticket but I have not heard anything back. When I enter my email address (the one I see on my order receipt/registration info that I saved) on the site to retrieve my serial number it says my email address was not found in the database. Help! I need to get this setup. I am moving all of my software over to my new computer (already deleted off old computer) and out of 30 programs, this is the only one giving me troubl
