When you are editing your skin click preview, you will see 2 preview panes 1 is active dialog pane screen, and below this is the colour modification pane. 1.you need to be clicked on a section such as "task pane" in the explorer tab then click on background color in the "section tab". then go to the colour modification tab, and fix colours from there.
I'm having problems too...when I go to create a skin using the template wizard I click on "finish" nothing happens after this point I would upload a screen shot but the image button doesn't allow me to upload the image from my computer nor cut and paste it. please help.
you need to use windows blinds to test skin it even says this when you go to test it in skin studio as the free version asks whether you would like to download it now. There is an error in windows blinds download however as it downloads too quick and when I tested the application to try to install it...nothing happened.
