The problem was in using non-latin characters. For example, the default path to the themes folder is "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\(a russian translate of English "Documents")\Stardock\WindowsBlinds). Editing registry solved my problem. I don't see any drop-down boxes... Just below the skin preview there are 2 buttons: "Filter by category" and "Skin options".

I know for sure that the skin has substyles (I've used this skin in WB 5). The problem is I don't see any buttons in WB 6 interface to change this option.

How can I install Compact Start Menu substyle in WB 6.0? I don't see any options to do this...
