WinCustomize site problems in WinCustomize Site Issues WinCustomize Forums

Hi everyone, I am having problems with the thumbnails of the wallpaper and windows blinds themes not loading. All I see is a tiny gray box with no picture. I have tried allowing Win Customize as an approve site through my firewall and allowing 3rd party cookies on a chance that would take care of it, but it did not. Everything else on the page loads just fine, except the thumbnails. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can correct this? Thanks in advance for reading! Cath

Hi, I have been having some logon/downloading problems the last couple of times. I tried to d/l the XP format WB skin and it wouldn't let me download it, didn't receive an error message or anything. Also, I have been having problems logging in. I enter in my email address and password and nothing happens, I usually have to do it 3 or 4 times or click on another page within the site and login. Anyone else having those problems? S
