my two themes, Minimalism and Moonlight by Gef, both the start buttons are gone... what can I do to get them back?

Hello friends, I have loved and used DesktopX for years and now have recently purchased a new computer with Windows 7. I use Gef's Moonlight theme and have it pretty much running well in Windows 7, except I have two questions... 1. My START button is gone and seem not to be an option to use with the current scripts, and 2. I have no system tray showing in my theme. Now I would like to see that due to some programs are in the tray and I access them from there for certain functions. Are
