DrJBHL, WebGizmos, thanks for your time. :) I've found a dock software which does exactly what I've asked here. Winstep Nexus Dock. Very cool. I like Objectdock a lot, but I really need those features, so I'm moving to Nexus. Thank you, guys. Hope you can improve your dock to fit your users better. brunces

Philly0381, thanks for your comment. But what if I had a dock which takes the whole bottom width of the screen, without those "sides" you've mentioned? This is my case. Please, tell me, why are you guys in so defensive mode? I've suggested an OPTION, not a static built-in feature which people wouldn't be able to change. It should be something for us to choose or not to use. If you like it, use it; if not, don't. Simple like that. I think the more options you of
Up! Anybody?
Let me tell you what I've been through, and maybe you can agree with me on the hotspot suggestion. I use my superbar (Windows 7 taskbar) on the top and the dock on the bottom, centered. It hides when I maximize a program. So far, that's OK. For example, I'm using Google Chrome. I enter a website and want to copy a long text from there. Then, I click on the first word of the text and move the mouse pointer down to the bottom edge of the program to select the whole t
I see. Well, how about an option for hotspots, instead? For example, when the dock is hidden, it would only be shown again if the mouse pointer was placed at the bottom-left corner. That would be the only hotspot to activate the dock. Of course, it would be configurable. We would choose our own hotspot(s). I hope you like the idea. Cheers, brunces
Guys, This is not a question, it's more like a suggestion. :) Would you consider a way to use Objectdock without the mouse? That would be fantastic! :) For example, a combination of keys would activate Objectdock, mainly if it were hidden. Then, we could navigate through the icons, using the keyboard arrows. The zoom (or any other) effect would still work. Actually, everything would work normally. The only difference would be the non-use of the mouse. That's it. <
Friends, I'd like a shortcut to open two different applications: 1) POP3 Server 2) My email software Detail: the POP3 Server has a parameter (c:\progs\pop3\pop3.exe open) I tried to make a batch file, but it doesn't recognize the parameter, so that the POP3 program is not opened. Is possible to do this only with an Objectdock shortcut? Thank you, guys! <img src="smiles/Smile.
Friends, Please, can anyone explaing to me how to use that Z-Ordering? What is that for? What does Z-Ordering mean and do? Sorry 'bout my ignorance, but I really don't know! Thank you, guys. Hugs for all! Bruno
Friends, Hi! I just downloaded ObjectDock 1.2 Free and started using it. I added a shortcut for an Excel file (c:\folder\file.xls). The point is... - If Excel is already open, the shortcut doesn't work. - If Excel is not open, the shortcut works perfectly well. &n
