But, I want to run the new ASUSTEK Stardock Visual Style. Does that affect my choice if I choose Windows default Skin ?? I guess it would , eh?

How can I disable WindowBlinds from startup. I have tried the Basic Settings , but there is no Box to Uncheck it from Startup. Thanks in Advance.
