Just as a follow-up -- I'm unsure how 14 transactions managed to get through. I did refund 13 of these and I sent you an email. I just wanted to make that clear here just in case. Let me know how things go if you wanted to try placing an order for Entrenchment and Diplomacy again. I didn't see anything regarding these two titles in any of the transactions you had made, so I'm not sure what happened there. Mike

Also, if you'd like a copy, just input your email address into the form at https://www.stardock.com/support and submit -- all of your account information (including serial numbers and expiration dates) will be sent to you. Mike
If all you have are the disk images, you can use DaemonTools to mount directories on your computer and have them show up in your Computer folder as optical drives. This utility is available here: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/downloads Mike
What kind of videocard/driver version is anyone with this problem using? It's possible that it just might not be handling the transparency well at all. Mike
Tom: See the other post... specifically this part: Mike
I don't think any type of startup application will be able to remove Fences from startup, since it integrates with the shell. Mike
That sort of feature might be quite an undertaking, but I agree would be pretty useful if it were added to Fences. I'll let the developers know. Mike
I would assume anything that might have been removed was because of compatibility problems. If you need any older plugins and don't have them, let me know what you're looking for. Mike
I've written a small script on my Win7 x64 box here and don't have an issue. If there was a specific dxpack you wanted me to attempt running to verify that it worked, I'd be happy to oblige. Mike
Did you possibly purchase Entrenchment under a different email address than you had purchased Sins? I do see your registration for Sins under this email address, but nothing for Entrenchment. Since we'd probably need to get alternate email addresses from you to look up your information, I would suggest writing in to support@stardock.com with this information and they should be able to assist you. Mike
Could you be more specific about the problem you're experiencing? Mike
I think there is a good chance this feature may find its way into WB7. Don't quote me on that, of course, I'm simply speaking in reference to the various versions of WB in the past :) Mike
From what I've seen, the issue with not being able to log in to the store (a recent implementation) has been related to having corrupted cookies. I would suggest clearing these and attempting to log in again. Mike

Hey, thanks a lot everyone! It is much appreciated. I know that even though I will be physically moving and have projects on my plate, I'll still be (at least partially) mentally there in support. mike\apps isn't going anywhere and I hope to actually finish some of the support projects I've started recently so I can finally fill that directory with some apps rather than batch files :p There are a lot of people I would like to thank, th
christolia (and others): The issue with the non-customized optical (CD/DVD) drive icons on XP is a known problem. The developers are aware of this and a fix will be released in another update when it is ready. Mike
Darken: Were you possibly submitting tickets through our old system? Please be sure to use https://esupport.stardock.com (new address) to submit tickets. This is now hosted at Stardock and is a more permanent solution than the previous implementation. S J N: Could you please submit one of your emails to https://esupport.stardock.com ? cephead: I believe you're able to view the source code in sidebar gadgets. That said, you can fire up DesktopX and import any included code or graphics, then export that as an object or widget. Of course you would be unable to redistribute this, as it would violate WC policies, but for personal use it should not be an issue. Unfortunately there is no kind of one-click converter, though it would be nice ;) -Mike
Susan: You're able to save your RightClick settings by backing up the desktopmenu.obbar file, RightClick.ini file and the Bars subfolder (includes submenus). -Mike
Unfortunately there is no such list available. Were there any applications in particular you were wondering about? -Mike
Ichi: For rightclick, try running this file: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/startup_rc.bat (Note: You will want to click this link from within Internet Explorer) As for DesktopX, individual widgets can be set to autostart if you right click on them. You can alternatively just throw these into the Start Menu startup folder, as this is where they end up anyway when set to autostart. -Mike
Are you using Vista or XP? Vista: Start -> Control Panel Default Programs -> Associate a file type or protocol with a specific program Select .Suite from the list (you will need to scroll down) and click the Change Program button ThemeManager should be listed under Recommended Programs , though you
prophetizer: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have contacted the developers about this problem. -Mike [Stardock Support]
msksteel: Just wanted to let you know I came across your email from Friday evening and it looks like I can close that ticket out now. I am glad to see that your problem has already been resolved. Thanks GreenReaper :CONGRAT: -Mike [Stardock Support]
