I have noticed that this happens on my primary monitor only (it doesn't seem to be an issue on any seconday monitor). So, it will open the application to the right of the shortcut on my primary monitor, but my secondary monitor, which is also showing the taskbar, will work and function as normal.

Hi Basj, I can recreate the same behavior after the purge uninstall. - Remove Start11 with the batch file - Reboot - Install Start 11 - Reboot - Behavior isn't there until I put the PC to sleep - Awake the PC, behavior reappears. Thanks!
