Tier 1 Extreme Worlds

What are they exactly?

Hi guys,

 

Just wondering what exactly are Tier 1 extreme worlds?  Are they all the current extreme worlds that are in the game?  Will there be multiple tiers of extreme worlds eventually?

Tier 1 extreme worlds are Frozen, Barren, and Aquatic Worlds.

Tier 2 extreme worlds are Radioactive and Toxic

Tier 3 (not currently in game) extreme worlds are Unstable and Heavy (Gravity).

Seilore is correct for T1 and T2, but I'm not so sure about the Unstable and Heavy Gravity worlds - I'm fairly sure they're (going to be) just special ones (like Serene, Ghost, Shielded), not extreme. I may be wrong though.

EDIT: In the manual, it says they're extreme.

They are currently in the folder with the current extreme worlds and they even have a different planet texture, just not turned on for the game currently.

Heavy Gravity was in GCII

I was wondering where they went....        Guess this answers that.

 

I suspect they should be a Tier 2 world type as significant tech would be needed to make them habitable.
