Almost everything seems normal on my end - two years added to subscription, older games can be installed, but I'm showing 0 tokens available. Shouldn't I have 10 free ones or did I miss something?

Maybe you guys can help we with this one. I recently downloaded a ripped copy of WB 6.1a. I know its ripped and all but I chose the option to skin my available skins. Now all my skins look alike. I know I can skin each skin to a separate skin but I can't get a new skin to show different than the old skin I skinned the rest of the skins as. I turned off the skinning the skin option but the skins I downloaded all skinned themselves and can not now be changed. Maybe if I skinned my skins as a
