No Jingles, I have not been able to set for example background color, border visibility and the like. It was working just fine piror to the upgrade. This is specific to DesktopX collection of activeX controls. Can anyone confirm that?
I just upgraded my desktopX pro to 3.5.016 running on XP pro & SP2. I am unable to set DesktopX ActiveX controls properties, such as edit box and listbox to change properties. The controls always seem to maintain their default settings. Widgets usings the controls worked fine on 3.49. Did anyone have this issue?

DesktopX gadgets (standalone exe)are not visible using any known desktop video capture program such as, Camtasia and Snagit. I am not able to post a video demostration of my compiled DTX dagets on my website. I can only have a snap shot image of my desktop showing the gadget. Please confirm my findings. Thanks.

After de-selecting the check box option during compilation of an *.exe file, and subsequently trying to run a second instance of an object the graphics become corrupted in the original instance! Hi, I purchased Object Desktop a few weeks ago and I love it. I am setting up a public kiosk desktop application that uses widgets and I have two questions: 1- How Can I disable right-click on a widget in order to disable menu pop-up 2- How can I prevent users from moving my widgets on the desktop by presing the CTRL-key that overrides the lockdown setting in the configuration.
